The National Geographic Explorer takes travelers to the far ends of the Earth, and few places are more remote than the Falklands and South Georgia. These islands offer wildlife viewing that can rival any other place on the planet. The enormous colonies of king penguins on South Georgia steal the show, but the fur and elephant seals offer their own excitement. Add the dramatic scenery, and a wandering albatross or two, and you have a trip of a lifetime.
